MAYUR J. RAOL – Head, Advertising

Mayur manages Tenet - the Advertising & Internal Communication wing of Aim High. In his capacity as Head - Advertising, Mayur and his team are responsible for Brand Building, Internal Communication mandates, and Advertising campaign planning and execution for a diverse range of clients such as 3M India, Flipkart, Rine Bars, GO-JEK Tech, Manjushree Technopack, ekart, Nanjappa Life Care, Xpheno, BESCOM, BBMP, Olacabs, Dighvijay 24/7,,, Snap Fitness, hike Messenger, Big Pitcher, UL, 3M ESPE, and many more. 


Mayur brings with him a diverse range of skills and experience ranging from advertising to film-making to even running a restaurant chain, over the last 18 years of his professional career. 

Mayur completed his Post Graduation in Management from SDM-IMD, Mysore, after which he earned his spurs in PR and Advertising at brand-comm, with clients like Scullers, Indigo Nation, Tata Elxsi, L&T, Way2Wealth, Subex Systems & Tesco. His keen interest in films led him to complete a Certificate course in film-making at the London Film Academy. After his return to India, he worked with a leading ad and corporate filmmaker on projects for the Brigade Group, ANZ Grindlays, Confident Group, Manipal Healthcare, etc. He has assisted on an international short film, directed a film on the subject of disability and was also the director for several episodes of the popular Canadian TV show ‘I See India’. He has also worked on a feature film, ‘Harikathe’, as First Assistant Director to Director Dayal Padmanabhan. Recently, he directed two award-winning short films, ‘Khaali Savaari’ and 'Gold Save Us.'
