- Conceptualising, creation and implementation of extensive company-wide Employee Engagement programs and internal communication
- Setting and Articulating Objectives / Vision for Employee Engagement along with its key custodians.
- Setting clear process and metrics for measurement of the results.
- Creation and implementation of campaigns in all forms like e-mailers, newsletters, collaterals, events and direct engagements.
- Creating and implementing company-wide communication activities for specific programs like Corporate Vision / Mission setting, Kaizen, 5S, Performance Enhancement activities, Cost-cutting measures, etc.
